Description:

Located near the southern border of Vermont, the log home rests beside a pond on 25 private acres surrounded by maple, oak, birch, and pine trees. From the front porch you can hear the rushing stream and waterfall just below the cabin through the woods. The exceptional geographic location offers a complete range of outdoor activities. Hike, boat, canoe, bicycle, fish, golf, ski and ice skate in season.

On the main level there is a master bedroom with a small reading room off it. The sunny reading area offers a lovely view of the pond and pasture, and includes a futon couch for additional sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a charming wood burning stove with a glass view window. The sliding glass doors lead onto a screened in porch with a wonderful view of the pond surrounded by the trees. 

Off the grand room a spiral staircase leads to the loft with a queen-size bed, writing desk, and sky light. It is a beautiful, well-lit space, with views of the trees, rolling hills, and the pond.

The grand room with cathedral ceiling has color TV and VCR, antique upright piano, wood burning stove which offers a view of the fire, (wood is provided). You can view the pond from grand room.

Off the grand room is kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with latest amenities (convection oven, Jenn-air stove top, microwave, coffee maker, fridge), all pots, pans, cooking utensils, and place settings for six plus. For your convenience we leave condiments in fridge, as well as coffee, teabags, hot chocolate, salt, pepper, and sugar. The inviting dining area seats 6 comfortably.
