Leave your cares at home and the crowds of Puerto Vallarta on the other side of the Bahia de Banderas and relax poolside at this enchanting Mexican vacation Villa. The villa has 3 units - a 2 bedroom, a 1 bedroom, and a studio. Rent one, two, or all three. Ocean location La Cruz de Huanacaxtle (wanna-cox-stlay) is located in the state of Nayarit, northwest of Mexico City on the north shore of the Bahia de Banderas. La Cruz is situated southwest of Tepic, Nayarit's state capital. Driving northwest from Puerto Vallarta International Airport with a travel time of 25 minutes (22 Miles -30KM) quickly brings you to the quaint fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. The 2 bedroom unit we call Casa Alegre has two queen size beds and can sleep 5 people. The 1 bedroom unit we call Casita Amanecer has one double bed and can sleep 2 people. The studio unit we call Casita Chiquita has one double bed and can sleep 2 people. Bed linens are provided for all units. Other Information about the sleeping facilities: The Villa within Quinta Del Encanto is comprised of a variety of residential accommodations; each quite private, commanding an incredible bay and coastline view. Within the Villa residences may be combined to create a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2-kitchen hideaway. Each overlooks the Venetian-tiled pool: its fountains and flowing waters create an atmosphere not experienced by most! The 2 bedroom unit we call Casa Alegre has two baths, both with showers.. The 1 bedroom unit we call Casita Amanecer has one bath with a shower. The studio unit we call Casita Chiquita has one bath with a shower Bath towels are provided for all units. The bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort. All main rooms have ceiling fans. This house may be rented with "Casita Amanecer" or "Casita Chiquita". Consult us for a special combined rate. 1 Bedroom, Casita Amanecer, floor plan: A cozy one bedroom with standard bed, one-bathroom apartment with a complete kitchen that overlooks a bay view patio and Venetian-tiled pool. Studio, Casita Chiquita, floor plan: A perfect studio apartment with a standard bed and private bath that includes a convenience bar kitchen and a pool and bay view patio. While sitting on the terraces of the Villa, you can see the beaches of Bucerias, the coastline of Nuevo Vallarta, the coastal resort of Puerto Vallarta, and the Bahia de Banderas. A taxi zone is available minutes away. The local beaches and village are a delightful five minute stroll. The aqua lagoons and coral-sand surfing beaches of the Bahia de Banderas coastline can be viewed on route to Punta de Mita, within 15 minutes from the Villa. Taxis are available from the airport for 80-120 pesos depending on how good of a negotiator you are. The airport does offer rental cars from all of the major companies. April 15th to June 15th: 2 Bedroom, Casa Alegre: Weekly $ 950 June 15th to November 15th: 2 Bedroom, Casa Alegre: Weekly $ 850 November 15th to April 15th: 2 Bedroom, Casa Alegre: Weekly $ 1260 Please inquire for Christmas/New Year Holiday rates. If you would like to combine accommodations, a discount of 10% will be offered on the additional units. The Villa also will consider a long term rental rate for those who would prefer a tropical paradise residence for more than 4 weeks.
