Ocean location Our first-floor unit overlooks the first fairway of Deer Track Golf Course about 1 mile from the ocean at Surfside Beach. You'll find restaurants, movies, stores, walk-in medical/dental facilities and entertainment a short drive away. And there isn't any traffic congestion. It's also peaceful and secure. We're in a family-oriented condo community with night-time security. If there are any problems in the unit, the front desk is open until 11 o'clock and a maintenance department is on duty every day. Number that can sleep in the unit: 4-6 With windows in both bedrooms, you wake up each morning to sunshine. The master bedroom is just like a cozy hotel room with a small refrigerator and microwave, full bath, television and its own air conditioner to assure personal comfort. The second bedroom has a large closet and a wide dresser that has lots of storage space for clothing. The sleep sofa is a queen so there's plenty of comfy space for snoozing. Number of bathrooms: 2 The master bedroom has a full bath while there's a shower room in the hallway. There's also a powder room in the hallway so there aren't any waiting lines for the shower or bathroom. Full kitchen You'll find all the comforts of home in the kitchen including elec. mixer, toaster, blender, automatic coffeemaker, pitchers, baking dishes, etc. Go ahead and add all the ice you want to your favorite drinks because the freezer has an automatic ice maker. Other Living Space Information: Living room From our living room, the large glass doors offer a wide view of the golf course. Relax on the sofa or the swivel chair and enjoy television or a video. The dinette has seating for four. The counter has seating for two. Ample parking is just outside our door. Unpacking is a breeze because you don't have to climb any steps into our first-floor unit.
