Description:

Tropical getaway. Oceanfront condo. We enjoy one of the most sunniest and driest locations in South Florida. We have a large swimming pool and picnic tables. There are showers in the beach area. It is only a two story building. Everything you could want for the perfect vacation is within your reach at the condo

Located directly on the beach in an oceanfront resort. We are on Collins Ave. in the Sunny Isles area. 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 25 from Miami International Airport. Miles of white sandy beaches to walk on.

Our Studio apartment has a queen size bed and a day bed which turns into a twin bed when you open it. They all have new mattresses. All the linens are provided

Our unit has a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils and pots to do your own cooking. We have dish plates and silverware. There is a dinette table with four chairs, and two bar chairs by the kitchen counter.

Outside parking next to unit. The parking is free. We have security guard.
