Our spacious 2BR/3Ba two year old townhouse has room to relax. Treat your family to a mountain home retreat with 1600 sq. ft of living space, a large deck with grill and mountain views and a heated garage. This mountain get-a-way is our vacation home and is maintained with a home away from home ambiance rather than a rental atmosphere.

Holiday :  December 20-January 4        $300/night      $1800/week
Regular January 5 - February 28           $175/night      $1050/week
High Season: Spring Break March        $250/night      $1400/week

One FREE night applies to a weekly rental of 6 or more nights

Two night deposit requred within 7 days to confirm reservation.
Security deposit of $250 required.
Balance due 45 prior to arrival.
Rates include departure cleaning charge.
Tax will be added to all rental rates.
