This 2 bedroom 2 Bath condo is our second home. We take great pride in offering it for others to enjoy.  It is totally furnished from top to bottom, including linen, towels, beach chairs, and more. All you have to do is put food in the refrigerator!!. We are looking for mature (preferably retired couples) 55+, who will respect and at the same time enjoy this great summer retreat.

November - April  minimum 6 month rental $1800/month. $1000 security required

Yearly rental $1200/month, 1st, last and security required.

Renters are responsible for phone bill, and electricity.
