Holiday rates are $350/night for Christmas/New Years holiday period.
$350/night for MLK weekend including Sunday night.
$350/night for Presidents weekend including Sunday night.
Spring Break rates are $300/night for weekend nights and $250/night for weeknights.
Post winter rates are $99/night
