Owner's description of the property: Welcome to Villa Magna, a newly built beachfront 5 star gated community condominium complex with 24 hour security. Come enjoy our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom beachfront condo overlooking the ocean. The condo is finished with fine granite and limestone surfaces, master bedroom over looking the ocean, master bedroom bathroom includes a Jacuzzi, central air conditioning throughout the condo, T.V. (with Cable), DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer and dryer, fully furnished bedrooms, living room, dinning room, and patio set. On site parking space included (if you decide to rent a car) at no additional cost.On site you will have access to a tennis court (additional fee), 3 large swimming pools including an infinity pool that looks as though it rolls right into the ocean. A private beach with beach chairs, palapas, and a snack bar. A 2 minute walk down the beach and you will enjoy an ocean front restaurant. Get a massage right on the beach in one of the huts. As our guest, you will have access to all the amenities of the on-site Dreams Hotel 5 Star Resort (additional fees), which includes 5 restaurants, bar access, gym, spa, lounges, activities, kids club and you can choose to add all-inclusive days to your visit if you like. Please note Dreams Hotel has a Medical Doctor on site and Villa Magna residents/Vacationers have full access to it (Medical fees Apply). Villa Magna is situated on an 18 mile stretch of beach. It is located 15 minutes from the airport, 20-25 minutes from down town Puerto Vallarta, and about 1mile (15 minute walk) from Paradise Village Plaza with: a grocery store, a liquor store, banks, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and doctors. Plus enjoy a round of GOLF at one of the 3 great local golf courses. The condo is about a 3 block distance to a bus stop and 1 block away from a taxi stand.
